Topscaff was established in 2014 with the intention to bring a new standard of service to the residential sector. After spending 8 years working in the commercial market as a Scaffolding Representative, Nathan Whineray was able to pinpoint a lack of quality in the service provided to the residential sector and saw it as an opportunity to invest time into a market that was starting to thrive. Since then, Topscaff has managed to market itself from small house renovations to 9 story apartment complexes and more. TopScaff has a comprehensive Health and Safety management system which is implemented throughout the company. We work closely with our clients and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement and to ensure best practice Health and Safety procedures are in place on all our sites.
All of our scaffolders and staff understand that acting safely, both on site and off, is a personal responsibility. We will not condone unsafe practices and we will not turn a blind eye if we see something unsafe.
All our team members have up-to-date training on understanding daily hazards and working safely with their fellow team members. All our team members do an onsite task analysis / risk analysis/ hazard identification/ team tool box talks before any work can start.
